The COVID-19 vaccines as extension of foreign policies by other means

Existing knowledge of the geopolitics public health and coronavirus pandemic indicates that states, particularly most powerful ones (the United States, China, Russia), have used current global crisis to strengthen their influence worldwide, in line with geopolitical, economic, military aspirations. Geopoliticisation COVID-19 vaccines not been explored so far. Based on qualitative analysis media content statistics vaccines' distribution, this article makes two arguments. First, these become an extension foreign policy by other means. Second, geopoliticisation distribution vaccine contributes instrumentalisation pandemic, raising insecurity destabilisation states economies periphery semi-periphery. Due new Cold War between 'vaccine superpowers' , world has divided into Western Eastern 'vaccine-blocs'. Within context, chances for multilateral cooperation counter threats are a downward trajectory.
